General Details

This was my first time utilizing this service and the communication was easy and straight forward. Once I was verified I set up an appointment with Kyra. When I arrived at the address, MMS provided me with some directions and I arrived at the location. I was a bit early, so MMS offered me some water and I sat in the waiting room. Kyra was a bit late, but NBD at all.
