TI called number ahead and scheduled her for 1pm slot which is earliest she normally comes in. I arrived on time and there was some confusion about which room to enter, first floor or second floor. We waited a few minutes when another provider exited first floor room. I had been with the other provider before and she remembered me. We entered room and got comfortable.
