General Details

Kylie responded quickly to email and had me call her "handler," a nice girl who answered the phone promptly. From there all of the communication was through texting. Kylie ended up showing up an hour and a half late, then only stayed for a half hour of an hour appointment. Performance during the half hour was very good and represented her previous reviews, but I would not repeat.
