As I have been reading different posts on TER as well as reviews, one thing I have noticed lately is that people come and go in this hobby of ours. Some retire, some take a well needed break, but all at one point enter into this for whatever reason. However, when a provider enters into this hobby with little knowledge there is a learning curve and some fail and some succeed. But it is EXTREMELY rare and has to be acknowledged that when a provider enters into this and has only two months experience and is doing everything right, significant recognition has to be made at the highest level for that person....
