I did what I was (we are all) supposed to do, check the reviews, check the boards and then make the call. OK, I did that and I wasn't dissapointed. TER and the other members came thru for me again. Kirsti was, for the most part, what I expected. Perhaps a little more in some ways a little less in others. All in all, well worth the time spent.
