This was my first time with Kristen, although we tried once in the spring and our schedules just didn’t jive. Anyway, I contacted her assistant, scheduled the appointment over the phone. Very organized and punctual. On the day of, her assistant contacted me, exactly when she said she would and gave me the hotel address. When I arrived at the hotel, I called her assistant and she gave me the room number.
