She was ez to get in touch with and friendly on the phone. Somewhat nervous about LE, but not to much of a problem. Gave me directions to a home in PB so I planned on taking my lunch break at the beach. Easy to find and convenient parking. Knocked on the door and was greated by a very pretty woman.
