Had planned on getting together with Krissalee for some time. Krissalee has policy of meeting with you before your actual get together. No problem whatssoever. She is responsvie both to email and voicemail. Made appointment. Day before had the ugliest weather imaginable. Ice and snow storm. Krissalee had to get ice and snow removed to get to appointment. With all that she still arrived on time. As I saw her walking through slush and ice in parking lot the ice wasn't the only thing hard.
