Last minute hook-up on a Sunday. First choice, a known quantity, Jessica, was fully booked for the day. Second choice, an unknown quantity, Sharon, was off that day. Booker M suggested Kona and Sally. I had read some good stuff about Kona, so I went with her, and I wasn't disappointed.
