read the many reviews and went to their website, kbeautygirls.com to book a appointment by texting. booking replied shortly, asked a few questions about seeing other agencies for reference. the booker was very helpful even though i didn't have 3 agencies under my belt. after approval, time was confirmed and address was given. arrived 10 minutes before and code/apt number was given and off i went.
