So Kimmy is new to the area just arrived to DMV area. I sent up the appointment to see her. I used their service in the past so it was not a problem setting up. For new clients just fill out their form and send you information. It would be easier if you have other references. Kimmy is a thai young lady and is very passionate in her services. This is her first time come to US. Once at the location I text the agency to let them know. They gave me the building number and off I went.
