I'd seen Kia's ads on TER and elsewhere and thought she looked cute. Then I saw her offering a new friend's special at a convenient weekend afternoon time for me - so I emailed her. Very good communication by email. We set the time & place, a phone call at the appointed time - and I was in. Kia is the lady in the pics; I had a very enjoyable time.
