I first contacted Khori on New Year's Day pretty early in the morning with an introductory email that included references. She responded within an hour letting me know that she got my email and that she would get in touch with my references on Jan 2nd, since the ladies could be recovering from New Year's Eve. That was fine with me as I was not looking to schedule an appointment with Khori until mid-January. She let me know on Jan 2nd that I was verified and clear to schedule an appointment with her.
