Easy to setup appointment - she does not take texts as she answers via a house phone. Directions provided are to a cross street then you are directed to an apartment. Easy parking and overall good experience if you're looking for a quick appointment. Does talk a bit, but is friendly and delivers as promised. Worth a try.
