General Details

Kelli is very hard to contact. I sent her a half a dozen emails, over 2 weeks, before she finally returned my email & it only contained one character, a DOT (period) "." I called her 3 hours prior to the appointed time, to confirm our date, and she said she would be happy to see me & to call back 30 minutes prior to remind her. She said she was busy moving into a new house, that day.
