General Details

Kay was friendly enough on the phone, but I could tell she probably deals with a lot of no-shows so I made it a point to reassure her during the call and texts that I really did want to come see her. The drive to her place took longer than I expected, but when I arrived and parked and texted her to let her know I was walking over, she responded right away.
