First time with this agency and everything was handled conveniently and quickly via email. No phone, but they contacted me when I was late due to traffic (damn freeways). Arrived at nice WLA hotel and was greeted at the door after several knocks by a knockout! Katrine is an absolute sweetheart who I will definitely be seeing again...
