Sometime around Christmas I saw an upbeat post from Katie on the Washington DC board, followed the link to her site, and really liked what I saw: great reviews, reasonable rates, convenient location. Sure, she had the ubiquitous blurry-face on her site, but with everything else going for her, I had to give her try.
