After a few tries finally managed to meet Katia. Although, the ad claims she is a Russian - Katia is only of Russian descent. But who cares. The appointment was painless although she is quite a few miles from DC around Gaithersburg in a nice apartment complex. Two call arrangement. I arrived at the address and went upstairs.
