Review: Kathy

General Details

I had a lot of trouble getting an appointment with Kathy. I must have called 10 times over the past 5 months. She answers the phone about 1/4 the time. Doesn't usually call back from answering machine message. Several times she agreed to a meeting, but would not commit to a specific time because of doctor appointments, vet appointments, etc. Finally nailed down an afternoon appointment, with her giving general directions, and requiring a call once I was in the area.
