Second time for me with Kathy. The first time seemed rushed and a little scatter-brained; this time no better. She is totally focused on one thing, and only one thing. She is an older lady, she knows what she wants and expects you ready to deliver. Other reviewers are responding more to her age than her looks, she is well past 40 and isn't at all uncomfortable about it.
