Setup was a breeze. I had provided reference information previously so we were good to go. I gave BlueFlame a heads-up the night before but I just wasn't sure. Turns out I called last minute in the morning and they made it work. Very grateful for that. Katherine and I weren't exactly made for each other necessarily, but it was an OK session.
