I will make this quick. Set up an appointment with Kate. Sent deposit for full amount. At time of the appointment she was not up to it. No big deal. Asked for my deposit back and received half. Was told on a couple of occasions that the balance would be returned.
Appointment was at the end of August. A month later still waiting for balance of deposit.
