I had seen Kate on eros and had wanted to see her for a while, but could never schedule it. Then, I emailed her the day before she was in New York, and a second time later when she was in Stamford. She promptly emailed me back and we were able to set up an appointment. She always stays at nice hotels, and greets you at the door with a nice hug and a kiss. After that, it is as slow or fast as you want.
