I was visiting Boston and, as a newbie, I was anxious to try someone like Kate who would be patient and relaxed. She was easy to reach, as she responds to emails promptly. After a couple of emails and a phone call we both felt comfortable and set up a meeting at my hotel. At the appointed date, she knocked on my door right on time.
