Based on the pictures, I took one for the team to find out if it could be true that another good agency was operating in Chicago. Well, all that glitters ain't gold. After they cancelled our appointment earlier in the day, I rebooked for the evening. They were late. Very late. And her attitude reflected that they simply overbooked her for the evening. The phone operator had no sense of apology for me, either. I will not use this agency again.
