General Details
Set up was easy since I’ve been a client with this agency across its different iterations. I read the reviews Kano had and always seek someone with her described skillset. She was nice and the time was alright. But, if I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t have made the drive (she had moved from VA to MD since her arrival) as her skills did not live up to the hype IMO. She speaks some English and we didn’t need a translator app for Japanese to and from English.
