I was perusing TER boards and came across Kandi's ad. Kandi is well reviewed with about 25 reviews. Kandi was offering a special that I couldn't pass up so I emailed her inquiring about appointment during my visit to Phoenix. We setup appointment for Friday afternoon at her apartment located in north Phoenix. Day of appointment, I arrive at Kandi's incall, call her for apartment number and then make my way up to her door. Once I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised as Kandi looked exactly like her photos but with only shorter hair. Kandi was wearing sexy yellow and black bra and panty set with heels.
