I had exchanged a number of e-mails with Kandi Cox over the past year or so, mainly when she visited locales such as DC or NYC. On those occasions I had asked what was available on her menu and I was not pleased to drive as far as those places for what was not worth her rate. However, this time she was visiting Philadelphia, and her e-mail read I have no do/don't list to worry about . . . if it feels good is the rule! This opened my eyes, and I made the appointment.
