Have used XO for several times and never have any problems. Consistancy and patience always pay off b/c it is very difficult to get hold of the call handler Kelly. Kelly is very nice and accommendating however, the punctuality is always a problem. Again patient always paid off with XO. Have seen Kameryn's ad before under another name and traveling agency but due to schedule conflicts never had a chance. With Monday off being MLK holiday decided to set something up...
