I booked an appointment with SL/DDY via text (I had used the agency before so this was straightforward). I was intrigued by Kaka based on previous reviewers which were overall positive.
Although she did provide the services that one expects, the overall approach or attitude was very robotic. If she were a newer provider or unreviewed, I might have expected this. However, my expectations were a bit higher due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews of previous reviewers.
I would like to chalk it up to an off-day by the provider since it wasn't the worst service. However, I have had much better experiences with this agency and so this may feel like a one-off. I would definitely not repeat with this provider but YMMV.
