General Details

I called a provider that I’ve seen several times but she was not available and was kind enough to refer her friend that was visiting from Nor Cal. She handed the phone to her and I was immediately was struck at how friendly and up she sounded. Very much like the provider I originally called. I didn’t hesitate to make an appointment. She was also kind enough to give me the same courtesy and see me on short notice. No 2 call needed (YMMV) and I knew right where to go. I walked in and was blown away.
