Learned I'd be in Nashville on short notice, checked TER, identified her, called, emailed her two good references with phone numbers (she checked, and they said I was great), arrived in Nashville, met her late in the day before flying out, and was pleased she had the confidence to book the room near the airport at her expense (to be reimbursed).
