I called Juliet after having to wait on another provider who was locked out of her apartment and was waiting on her "roommate" to bring the keys. Juliet was nice enough to accommodate me on short notice. She gave me directions to her place and asked me to call or text when I was 10 minutes out. When I arrived I knocked on the door and she opened it while standing behind the door until I entered. Then....
