I called her about a week before to set up an appointment, i heard she was hard to get to i planned ahead, her machine picked up so i left a message, she called me back that same hour, and asked me for a reference, i told her this was the first time i would be doing this so i didnt have any, She asked me a few more questions and set up the appointment, she told me she would call me the day of the appointment to make sure i was going to show up.
