I sent Joy and email and she responded quickly. We set up a time as I had to travel a little bit so timing was key. I arrived on time and went to her private residence. It was easy to find. We sat down and she went over what she will, and will not, do. She was extremely sweet and matter of fact. I really appreciated that because meeting someone for the first time can be awkward.
