Contacted Joy a while back but wasnt ready to book. Got back with her when I was ready and since I didnt have independent references she worked with me on an alternative. Although I initially had a bit of a concern about the verification process, I soon realized it was for both of our benefits. She was such a professional about the process that it made me even more excited to schedule the first visit.
