I was visiting Philly & NYC for the better part of a week to catch up with some baseball games. I thought it would be a perfect time to connect with some of the local talent as these two cities have always been good to me.
I did a little research, and Joy was on my short list. I was able to contact her and arrange for a time to meet. While not a traditional provider, this mature beautiful woman is not to be missed, and her previous reviews held true for me. YMMV, and VIPS read on.
