General Details

I saw a notice on the TER Los Angeles Discussion Board stating that Jewel would be visiting in early December. I checked out her website and her stellar reviews and decided that I would give myself an early Christmas present. I contacted Jewel via her TER email address and received a prompt reply. We became acquainted via emails and she gave me her cell phone number. We played phone tag a little but were able to set up an appointment at her hotel. Luckily for me, her hotel was very nearby. Jewel sounds friendly, straight-forward and pleasant on the phone.
