Provided reference information before it was requested, communicated back and forth with a few voice mails, and a meeting was set to be arranged after I arrived in town and knew my schedule. Once a date and time were finalized, I returned to my hotel room to meet my expected visitor, and she showed up precisely on time. Wow!
