General Details

Ahh, this was the perfect visit at the perfect time. I was out for a run, all the way up the east side. It was early. I wanted to reward myself for rising early and pushing myself to get more and more fit recently. I realized it was 930am and told myself if I can get an appointment at NYAF, I will need to keep running until 10am to earn this reward.

Made that call, Jenny available so I made the reservation. Kept running and running. When I arrived, even though it was cold outside, my clothes were soaked with sweat. All good, they have a table shower and standing shower.
