Contacting Jennifer was no problem via e-mail, although the response was not immediate. She was conscientious in her response, and told me what I needed to know. She called about 1/2 hour prior to the appointment to get the room number, and when she arrived, I was very pleased with the package. A cute girl you would want to sit next to in college.
