Easy to schedule a couple of weeks ahead with refs. Very professional and easy to work with. On the evening of the appointment she was running late but kept me informed by text so no big deal. About 30 minutes after our scheduled time ther was a knock on my door and ther was the girl from the ad. Non VIP's: overall good experience and I would repeat.
