I approached this appointment with caution, since I had had a poor experience with a different model, who was dropped by Jen right after. (Apparently, I wasn't the only one having a bad experience with her!)
I liked what I saw when I saw Jenna, and made an appointment.
It was a good appointment, but not one I'd repeat. YMMV
