I made arrangement easily through email. Crossing into Tijuana (and returning to the US)was easy and Jazmin was right on time and easy to recognize. As I am a newbie and was a bit nervous, she made me very comfortable. The taxi was waiting, the room reserved, and we entered our temporary love nest holding on to each other.
