This is the first time I have been to Tijuana, but read about the TJ providers and felt Jazmin was the woman to see. After a few emails, we set up a time to meet at the McDonalds at the border. Jazmin makes it easy for you by picking you up in a taxi, and she pays for the taxi to and from the border as well as the hotel. Details below.....
