Saw reviews and emailed before my trip to Seattle. Called to confirm on arrival but she asked if 1/2 hour late was ok. She ended up 3 hours late...but when I opened the door of my hotel room it was all worth it. She came in and explained the unusual delay and we got more comfortable and moved over to the bed.
