I had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline once before and was looking forward to seeing her again. If one reads her blogs one would see that Jacqueline has a very lively spirit, & a great sense of humor. Being a Room Service member & having seen her before, making an appointment was a breeze, using the standard 2-call process. Despite the weather & snow, going to see Jacqueline is a bit of drive but well worth the effort.
