I had the chance to see Ivy when she visited Newark recently. She lives in southern Delaware and drives up here every other weekend as she told me. She's an older lady (+40) who has seen better days. However, her service is good and truly wants you to come back. Calling her is the easiest way to get hold of her. I'd recommend her if you're really in the mood and have no other options.
