If you are OK booking by email, scheduling is easy with Isabela. She told me mid-week that she'd send an email the night before our meeting with both location , and, sure enough, I received that email at 8PM for our noon meeting the next day. I arrived on-time, and Isabela opened the door, yet stayed behind it, so I didn't see her until I enetered the room.
